so i've decided i'm going to be funemployed every christmas.

not only does it give me more time to enjoy my favorite holiday season, but i've eaten and drank better in the last few days than i have when i had a job, and i haven't spent a dime.

the picture here is from one of last night's two holiday parties, both of which have me convinced that funemployment should be an annual event. not only did i need no explanation for why i'm funemployed--the day after friday's job massacre everyone was sympathetic--but i had caviar, champagne, desserts aplenty, vodka from an ice luge and many many drinks from many many open bars.

of course the downside is that after gorging on brie and maytag bleu, government cheese will taste that much worse. but for now, i thank christmas for postponing my need for food stamps one more week!
